Interactive elements, expert insights from SMEs, and scenario-based questions grounded in real-world contexts
I design each page with a focus on engaging the learner and supporting them in achieving the learning objectives.
Comprehensive Curriculum Map

I developed a comprehensive curriculum map to ensure that, throughout the content creation process, we remained consistently aligned with our program objectives.
Real-World Completion Gates

After completing the eLearning content, learners demonstrate their understanding by delivering a lunch-and-learn style presentation to a customer.

Analysis
The project began when the General Manager of our U.S. Sales Center tasked the Talent Development team with addressing concerns about our outdated and generally ineffective Belt Program. The program was originally designed to prepare new salespeople with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in their roles. I took this broad objective and initiated a series of interviews to better understand the challenges. Using collaboration tools like Miro, I gathered insights on how the team felt about various aspects of the program and ensured that everyone’s voice was heard throughout the process.
Design
After completing my analysis, I developed a comprehensive curriculum map outlining learning objectives for each of our nine product lines. I identified a need for foundational, “general education” style courses that covered essential skills applicable across all product lines—such as Salesforce proficiency. From there, I grouped related objectives into cohesive topics and organized them into manageable learning segments to enhance learner engagement and retention.
Development
Next, I collaborated closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop content. This phase required a diverse skill set, including videography, teleprompter setup, video editing, and leveraging AI tools to break down complex information and generate scenario-based questions. I prioritized working with SMEs in ways that matched their comfort levels. For example, several SMEs were not comfortable appearing on camera, so we created alternative formats such as voice-over PowerPoint presentations or interactive, text-based activities to effectively meet their learning objectives.
Implementation
The first of the nine Belts has just been published, marking a major milestone in the program’s rollout. I’m currently presenting the new program to various teams to build awareness and engagement. The remaining eight Belts are fully developed and will be made available to learners in the near future.
Evaluation
The program will be reviewed annually to ensure content remains current and to explore new opportunities for improving how we meet our learning objectives. So far, stakeholders are pleased with the ease of use and look of the content.
