LMS Course Example:
Upgrade Considerations for Secure Firewall 

Analysis
Our Voice of the Customer team identified pain points for our customers around upgrading their Secure Firewall appliances. I then interviewed a SME to learn more about the problem and the upgrade process.  

Design
​I designed a course outline writing out potential lessons and learning objectives. My colleagues reviewed it and I made updates. I created storyboards for video components

Develop
Our front end coder, Yasmine Abdulhamid, developed some interactive elements. I used the template code she created and customized it to create interactive elements. I also guided our multimedia guru, Adam Valuckas, through the production of the videos for the course. 

Implementation
I considered learner motivation in the presentation of material, trying to get learners excited by presenting the benefits first, before getting into the details. 

Evaluation
Unfortunately, this course didn't make it to the evaluation phase as our team was eliminated. With other courses, learner metrics and feedback were collected and courses were updated accordingly.
